David Stack, Group Chief Executive Officer & Director, APG

David Stack is CEO and a Director of APG, responsible for the day to day operations of the company while reporting to the Board of Directors on the strategic and financial positions of the company. 

David has been with APG for over 20 years and during that time he has performed across a range of roles, giving him a solid understanding of what it takes to succeed. His role as CEO gives him the experience and knowledge to encompass extensive decision making policy and drive change within the organisation, benefiting the national growth of APG as a recruitment and labour hire leader.

Passionate about developing client and staff relationships, David and the executive team have worked tirelessly and solidly to establish a strong business model with the people, systems and procedures in place to assist in future growth of APG.

Previous to joining APG, David had 24 years’ experience in operational, personnel, crisis and critical incident management within Government departments which allowed him to develop and hone his management and interpersonal skills. Studies in Business Management as well as practical management experience benefit him daily in his busy role as CEO at APG. 

Outside his role at APG, David is passionate about sport, having been involved in soccer coaching across a range of levels. He spends weekends coaching or supporting his kids at their weekend sports and is the Director of Coaching at Knox City Football Club.


Glenn Redman, APG Workforce Chief Executive Officer & Director, APG

As APG Workforce Chief Executive Officer and a Director of APG for over 12 years, Glenn Redman is responsible for looking after the national operations of the labour business. His role includes responsibility for the development of new processes and systems to continually improve the efficiency of the business to deliver the highest level of service to candidates and clients.

Another project of Glenn’s has been the increase in sponsorship or local sporting teams and charities. APG Workforce are currently an executive sponsor of Ronald McDonald House Charities which Glenn was instrumental in putting together. A fantastic Children’s Charity that is severely underfunded due to public perception that they don’t need company & the general public’s monetary support. We are right behind the push to turn this around and grow the financial strength of RMHC so that they can continue to look after the families of so many sick & injured children when they need it the most.

Glenn’s passion for delivering outcomes for candidates and clients sees him seek new opportunities in growth industries across Australia. A major achievement over the past 12 years has been to build the APG brand into a nationally recognisable recruitment company that can offer employment solutions for a wide variety of industries in a range of roles.

Glenn has been in the recruitment industry for over 20 years. Previously holding a National Management role in a strong national recruitment company, Glenn’s previous experience enabled him to see what it takes to achieve success at the highest level. He has completed tertiary education in Senior Business Management, WH&S Management and is a qualified Carpenter & Builder.

Weekends are spent with family and friends mostly revolving around sporting events. With a large family there are always kid’s events on and somewhere to go to. Glenn is involved with coaching juniors in both Rugby League and Oztag throughout the year.


Dhaval Trivedi, Chief Financial Officer, APG

Dhaval Trivedi is Chief Financial Officer of APG, a role which sees him responsible for the Finance, Accounting and Commercial functions of the business. Dhaval leads a busy team based in Melbourne that takes care of the custodial, compliance and reporting functions of the business. 

As CFO, Dhaval is also responsible for financial reporting to key shareholders in governance and strategizing the growth of business. Dhaval is most passionate about treasury and finance functions and the satisfaction he gets from bringing in efficiency and optimising costs in these areas is immense. 

A qualified Accountant with Masters in Commerce and a degree in Law, Dhaval brings to APG diverse experience spanning over 30 years in a diverse spectrum of industries in global and multi-national manufacturing, trading and project execution environments.

Dhaval is a self-confessed workaholic who enjoys playing and watching cricket.


Tammy Sheather, National Operations Manager, APG

As National Operations Manager, Tammy is responsible for looking after offices across all states, overseeing all staff and actively working with all offices in all aspects of recruitment.

Tammy’s responsibility to the offices extends to providing encouragement and motivation to the teams in order to help APG achieve our core vision and objectives. Tammy has been with APG since 2006 and has a strong focus on building great relationships with clients and candidates on a daily basis.

Working with a team of motivated and passionate people dedicated to delivering client service and a brand promise of honesty and integrity, Tammy sees APG as more than just a business and a large part of her life.

In the recruitment industry for over 18 years in Senior Management roles, Tammy spends weekends managing her son’s football team in winter or out water skiing in summer with the family.


Glenda Partridge, National Administration Manager, APG

Glenda joined APG in 2001 and currently holds the position of National Administration Manager. 

Glenda has over 25 years of experience in business administration having previously worked in a wide variety of roles with the Knox City Council. She is the key person to go to in APG for payroll and invoicing, IT management and procurement, employee contract management, communications and ancillary administration functions.

Glenda enjoys time with family and friends outside of work where you can find her supporting kids on sporting fields. But the challenge of running the team at APG is a great achievement and one that Glenda excels in is one thing that keeps her motivated to improve on all levels.


Kelly Frost – National Performance Manager APG

Kelly Frost is the National Performance Manager for APG, a role that sees her support the APG team and branches to deliver results in a diverse range of communities across Australia.

Joining APG in 2014, Kelly has worked in a range of positions within APG, including regional workforce placement, HR and Southern Regional Manager before her efforts and ability saw her progress to National Performance Manager. Kelly’s success and growth within APG can be attributed to the mentoring and professional development invested in her.

Before joining APG, Kelly previously worked in leadership roles in Sales and Marketing and Commercial Recruitment, both internal and external, and has successfully delivered results on recruitment campaigns across a variety of areas from capital cities right through to Uluru and beyond.

Kelly enjoys time with her family and enjoys nothing more than time at the beach and weekends away.


Kimberley Duke – National WHS Claims Manager APG

APG place great importance on the workplace, as well as the health and safety of our employees and their workplaces.  Kimberley Duke is APG’s National WHS Manager, responsible for checking  reporting of all WHS visits, toolbox talks completed, WHS training, injury management and ensuring APG stays compliant with ISO9001 international standard for Quality Management and AS/NZS 4801 OHS Management.

Kimberley has a passion for safety and offering support and assistance to achieve this throughout the many APG locations.  Kimberley continually explores ways to boost safety culture and reduce time off due to workplace injuries  incidents. 

With over 17 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Kimberley has worked across many sectors of the business and sees her true passion as ensuring not only a safe working environment, but the right care and treatment is given to anyone that is in need.

Coming from a large family consisting of 8 siblings and 12 nieces and nephews, in her down time Kimberley enjoys spending time with her family  friends and outdoor activities.
